Caroline van der Sluys has joined HN Consultants
Caroline has already carried out a number of assignments as self-employed consultant for HN Consultants, such as review of the environmental programme in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Cambodia and appraisal of the environment programme in Tanzania.
Caroline has extensive international experience in natural resources planning and environmental management. Her technical expertise focuses on the effective integrated management of natural resources at all levels. As a "globalised consultant", she is based part-time in Indonesia, Tanzania and Denmark.

Søren Langhoff who is a long-term friend of HN Consultants is looking for short-term assignments.
Søren is a destinguished macro-economist with a solid experience in working with reform of the way public finances work. His main interest is institutional reform, change of work processes and the introduction of information (IT) technology. He is a team worker and has worked closely with IT system designers and programmers. He has also a profound understanding of change processes and what the conditions are for change. We are convinced that such skills and understanding can be put to good use. He is based in Mozambique and is involved in a long-term contract with the reform unit responsible for reforming public financial management systems. We are looking forward to working with him.
